Ensure your item is included as a returnable item, shown below. We ask returns are in original condition and packaging. If your item is returnable, email email@example.com with your order number and the item you would like to return, and we will fulfil the return. The customer will be responsible for all return shipping fees unless an item is received damaged, defective, or through error. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Customers will be responsible for packaging items to be returned. Liv Design Collective is not liable for damage caused by incorrectly packaging an item, and damaged returns will not be credited.
If a delivery is refused, but items are not damaged, a store credit (minus shipping fees) will be administered to the customer. Delivery and assembly fees are non-refundable. Items returned within 14 business days from delivery will be refunded to the original form of payment or store credit, minus a 20% restocking fee.
