Fig Prosciutto Salad


5 oz. Arugula 

1/2 – 1 lb. Prosciutto

1/2 cup Goat cheese

1/2 cup Pistachios

2 or 3 Figs


2 tbs. Olive Oil

2 tbs. Balsamic Vinegar

1 tbs. Honey

Dash of Cinnamon

Pinch of Salt


  1. Place arugula in a large bowl
  2. Add prosciutto, goat cheese, pistachios, and figs
  3. Place olive oil, balsamic vinegar, honey, cinnamon, and salt in a small bowl and stir until well mixed
  4. Add the dressing to the salad
