A Streamlined Experience With Premium Results

We call it, “Efficiently Elevated E-Design” but you’ll call it, “A Dream Come True.”

Step 1

Kickoff Meeting

You’ll answer a few questions regarding the room you want designed, describe your style preferences, share some inspo images, and measure your room before the meeting. We then assign you one of our experienced pro designers who will meet with you 1 on 1 over an online meeting to ensure we know exactly what you want before we start designing your room. You will be heard!

Step 2

Vision Meeting

We space plan your room and develop Visioning boards to make sure the style direction matches your vision. Through this 2nd online meeting, your designer will review with you their ideas, colors, textures, styles, and your Floor/Space Plan. This ensures our design ideas match your vision.

Step 3

Design Reveal Meeting

In this 3rd online meeting we’ll present Design Boards with furniture selections and key décor items. We present 2 options based on your budget. Not all items may have a second option but some will. We make selections for up to 16 items that may include: rugs, sofa & chairs, end tables, coffee tables, art, lamps & lighting, window treatments, and pillows or bedding.

Step 4

Revisions

Through 3 online meetings with you, we’re able to get in sync with your style and design vision, but sometimes you need to adjust something in the final design. We get it. That’s why we provide one round of complimentary revisions, if needed.

Step 5

Installation Packet

When your design is completed, we provide you with everything you need to install your design such as, heights for art, placement of furniture, etc. This includes: Design Board, Product Shopping List with links for easy purchasing (staying within your budget of course), Floor Plan, and Installation Guide. Our carefully curated Shopping List makes it easy for you to purchase the pieces for your design without having to do all the research yourself, simply click and buy. We take out all the guesswork to make your design installation as smooth as possible.

Installation

Simply follow the detailed instructions to DIY your design and now you’ve got a room you’ll love to live in!

To give you the best experience and maximize your dollars, choose between Living/Family Room, Bedroom, or Dining Room. If you need a design for other rooms, please request a quick Project Discovery Consultation so we can determine the best way to serve you.

The price you see above includes one of our experienced designers working 1 on 1 with you to design 1 room. In our Kickoff Meeting, we’ll confirm if you want additional rooms. Additional rooms can be added at a discount and billed separately.

We can still help you with a remodel through our Full-Service Design. Request an online consultation here to discuss your project needs and how we can best meet your needs.

Most accessories are not included in this plan. However, some accessory visioning and instructions can be given. Accessories selection can be billed at an hourly rate of $100/hour, if desired.

Most clients need only 1 revision to get their design exactly how they want it. Should you need more than the included complimentary revision, additional revisions will be billed at the hourly rate of $120/hr.

Project management is not included in this design package. For any project management or additional services, you will be billed $120/hour.

Some items can be shipped straight to your home. Other items may be shipped to a local warehouse near you to be delivered (at a cost) or you can pick them up. This varies depending on the exact items you want in your design.
